I love it!

Who thought that a simple journal could have such impact in such a short time? Practicing gratitude everyday, for the small things, helps me appreciate my day to day and in the mundanity, see colours and joy in life :)

the 5 minute journal helps me reflect and appreciate my blessings and be mindful of my strengths and weaknesses or areas where I can do better. It isn't difficult to stick to writing in my journal because it's like a morning blessing and an evening prayer.
