FREE DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE OVER SGD 60

All orders over SGD 60 will ship for FREE within Singapore by tracked door-to-door courier service. Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Please allow 1-3 working days after your order is dispatched for it to arrive. For more information on the status of your order, please email us at hello@anupliftedday.com.

 

A shipping charge of SGD 6 will be added to all Singapore orders under SGD 60.

 

FREE SHIPPING TO MALAYSIA FOR ORDERS OVER SGD 170.

We're excited to now offer free shipping to our Malaysian customers for all orders over SGD 170 ! Shipping costs are as follows:

Orders under SGD 170: SGD 12

Orders above SGD 170: Free shipping to Malaysia

Orders will be shipped via courier service with a tracking number.

FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FOR ORDERS ABOVE SGD 250.

We're also proud to offer free international delivery for orders above SGD 250!  All international orders will be shipped via Aramex with a tracking number.

For orders below SGD 250, shipping costs are as follows:

Asia incl.Middle East + Australia & New Zealand (excludes Malaysia, please see above): SGD 20

Rest of the World: SGD 35

Please enter your discount codes upon checkout. Do note that unless otherwise stated, discount codes are applicable to full-priced items only. They cannot be used for bundles and already-discounted items.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER 

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at hello@anupliftedday.com. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or change your order.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS   

Please email us at hello@anupliftedday.com as soon as possible to make a change to your shipping address. We are not responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

PAYMENTS                

All payments on An Uplifted Day are made in Singapore Dollars using PayPal's secure platform. You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal if you select 'Checkout As Guest' after being directed to the PayPal payment page.

Please note that all payment processing is handled by PayPal and we do not have access to or store your credit card information at all.

If your credit or debit card is not denominated in Singapore dollars, the final price is calculated based on the applicable exchange rate set by your card issuer on the day they process your transaction.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices shown on the site are in Singapore Dollars and are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied in countries outside of Singapore. The buyer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes enforced by the country you are shipping to based on the laws and processes of the country.We are unable to advise the amount or procedure of the relevant charges and processes.
