Terms and Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

All exchanges and returns are granted at sole discretion by An Uplifted Day.

Incorrect Items & Damaged Goods

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item due to a fault by An Uplifted Day, we will exchange / replace the item at no extra cost to you. If we are not able to exchange / replace an item, you will be given a full refund.

Please email us at hello@anupliftedday within 72 hours of receipt of goods with:

  • Your order number
  • Pictures and details of the defective / wrong item.

General Exchanges and Returns

General exchanges and returns will be granted at sole discretion by An Uplifted Day, based on the following conditions:

  • The following items are final sale and non-exchangeable: Perfume and fragrance products, pierced earrings, all skincare products and sale items. If you're unsure, please email us at hello@anupliftedday.com before purchasing.
  • Please note that all items bought on sale or using a discount code may not be exchanged / returned unless it arrives incorrectly or damaged. 

For all other products:

  • Singapore orders : All refund requests will be charged a re-stocking and admin fee of SGD 8 which includes the cost of collecting the item back from you.
  • International Orders; All refund requests will be charged a re-stocking and admin fee of SGD 10 and you must bear the cost of sending the unused items safely back to us.
  • Request for exchanges / returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt of goods to  hello@anupliftedday.com.Please include your order number and details of your exchange / refund request.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If your exchange / return request is approved, we will email you our return postal address and all the necessary information.
  • Exchanges / returns will only be accepted after we have approved the request via email. We will not accept exchanges / returns received without an approved exchange request.
  • Returned item must reach us within 10 days of the approved exchange request. Extensions will be granted at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not immediate and may take up to 14 working days to be completed.
